If you have evidence of the falsity of witness statements s.323 Crimes Act 1990 NSW the charge is unlikely to be successful.
Are you going to use a lawyer for the multiple action that are now going on? If so, speak to them about seeking a costs order if/when you win.

Sorry to hear you’ve gone through this. Assuming the case is as you claim your words are so sad but so very true that there’s no point even trying to explain what affect it has on you.
It’s no excuse for QPS to say ‘we don’t want to discourage genuine r**e cases coming forward’ either… If QPS suspect an intentionally false allegation has been made do what’s necessary to have the matter heard through the same legal process that the person falsely accused would have had to endure. To do anything less isn’t discouraging genuine r**e cases from coming forward any more than it is discouraging people with false allegations not to
