Hi all,
I signed a contract to buy a new car and put a $1000 deposit. I realised that the interest rate is too high, then my job circumstances has changed, my wife got sick - she had an operation and we lost unborn baby.
I postpone my idea to buy a new car at this stage but the car dealer got the car ready for me. He ordered it - it's ready to go but I don't want to buy now. He told me that he can take me to court for refusing to buy the car.
Where do I stand in Australian Consumer Law?
