I bought a car last Friday. I paid $500 and signed the contract with the cooling off period. I took that car with me, but the car was too big for my wife, so we changed our minds.

We called the dealer and he said, "you have to pay $1500 more" then he will cancel the contract. But I don't have much money to waste for no reason, so that's why I talked to my wife to show them the car, but when I got there the dealer said to us, "you have to buy the car otherwise, pay $500 " or he was going to get a court order. But that time, I noticed that the car meter reading goes up, meaning when I signed the paperwork that time, the meter was 275124 km, but yesterday it was 279115 km. Can I get a refund under Australian Consumer Law?
