    Hi all,

    If my employer was breaching the Award in which our company fell under, where would I go to take action, and what would the action be?

    Thanks.

    FWO can be appropriate.
    But you may do better to consult your union for advice before you do.
    Many things can be resolved by negotiation, without resort to the big hammer of Fair Work.

    Thank you @Tim W @Rod . When taken to the FWO, what is the common course of action they will take?

    @Tim W

    I am glad you find my posts interesting. I've read this and am perplexed as to why you believe I am in breach? Thank you for posting it, but please help me in understanding further.
