VIC Australian Law - Can I Publish Myself as a Psychotherapist?

Hello,

I would like to help people to feel better by speaking with them, offering them short meditations and maybe some CBT stuff in exchange for money. I don't have any formal qualifications nor registration to any related association (though I've had many, many years of experience informally).

I would like to know if it is legal to do it in Australia under Australian Law. Second, I would like to know if I could call myself a psychotherapist? And what about a counsellor? Or coach?

When I mean to call myself, I mean to publish myself as..

I'm inclined to argue that would be misrepresentation. A coach, perhaps, but you can't give yourself a title that you are not qualified to hold.
