I will be retiring soon and do not want the expense involved with a timeshare I bought from Holiday Concepts 20 years ago. I have offered to send everything back but they say they don't want it and if I don't pay yearly, they will take me to court and make me pay. There is no way to sell or give this away and I need some help under Australian Consumer Law from anyone else that has managed to get away from these vampires.

Hard to give an opinion without seeing the original contract/s you signed.
Unless there is someone here that has seen these contracts in the past it will be hard to give you the help you seek. You might have to pay to see a lawyer on this one.
