NSW Online Order with Incorrect Pricing - Australian Consumer Law?

I was reading this thread Australian Consumer Law Rights – Incorrect Pricing - Legal Blog - LawAnswers.com.au and it suggest that once accepted and payment taken, the contract exists.

Two of us ordered the item in question. There is no doubt the pricing was incorrect but they took a day to remove it from their website. To me it's an enforceable contract under Australian Consumer Law

The law is not straightforward in this area. The answer is in the detail of the transaction and a lawyer needs to look at all the evidence to be able to work what may happen at court.

I used to say the same thing but really it is up to a court to work this out after they have looked at all the facts given to it.
