i am gathering that you have a lot of knowledge of family court proceedings, i am at the very very beginning which i shouldn't be and wished i did it many months ago.

Not trying to be rude nat 2015, but you may like to start your own thread if you have some questions about your own case. Might make it a bit easier for OP to sort through responses to his questions.

The thing I’m struggling to understand David is, when the children have not seen you or had much contact with you in 3 1/2 years, how do you know they want to live with you?
