My ex's lawyer sent copies of the Family Court orders to both my kids schools. Is this legal? The case is not complete yet and they are temporary orders.

Court orders are not confidential. It is illegal to publish details of a case that identifies the names of minors, but it's not illegal to forward these documents to the kids' schools, as court orders ordinarily act as authority for the acquisition of school report cards and the like. The school, however, has no authority over how orders are carried out by either party nor responsible for their enforcement.
