VIC Apply for Order to Enforce Child Support?

Good afternoon all...

I am considering applying for an order for payment of child support by my wife who resides in the UK. We separated in Sept 2014 and I have full time care of our two children.

She has refused to engage in any communications with the Child Support Agency on the matter and I am considering applying to the family court for an order to force her to address the issue.

I would be interested in hearing the experiences from anyone else who may have taken this route.

I can't get my ex to pay and she lives in Australia....

Court? Waste of time - you'll spend thousands and even if you win - enforcing it will be almost impossible.

I reckon that is your best option.
