Hello everyone - So I have been served a subpeona with 27 different items with many subsections etc etc. I have been also asked by the ex to provide my current partner's balance sheet of assets and liabilities. My current partner is not even an australian citizen. My question is - 1. Is it legal to put so many items in one subpeona ?2. I am going to put in a notice of objection but if any one has experience of handling such oppressive subpeona then please write in 2.My partner and I keep our financial affairs separate- do I have any obligation to furnish my partner's financial details. We have only been together for two years.
