I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question,
My father is the second son of my grandmother and had a share in the family farm and he borrowed money taking away his share in the farm, I was wondering do I still have any entitlements in the farm since I'm his first born and haven't accumulated the debts borrowed like he has? I just want to know and another thing is since I'm apart of the family am I to be told that I'm not welcome on the family farm anymore since my uncle's wife doesn't like me because of something she has blown way out of proportion and has made my wife and I become isolated from my family?
