Hi
If divorce is now granted by the Court, and since there is a one month 1 day waiting period, can the other person who has constantly made things difficult still try delay again in this timeframe?
Also I have read that the wait can be shortened, but not how to do this.
Thanks

They could bring an application to rescind (limited grounds) Unlikely to bring forward new evidence now if they haven't already.... The other party could die before decree absolute (bit extreme) .... If you have children & there is a family consultant report pending in a parenting case (possible but still not likley)

Don't know of any way to shorten the statutory period
