Hi guys, just a quick one! My ex submitted an affidavit regarding family law childrens issues and has supplied a number of emails as annexures.

I mention a lot of these same emails in my response affidavit and would normally submit them as an annexure myself, but wondered if I could just refer to the annexure he submitted instead?

Saves duplicating a lot of stuff. Would that be acceptable or is it better to submit everything I refer to as one of my own annexures?
Thanks!

I think it's best to attach them as annexures to your own affidavit. It will save the judge the inconvenience and confusion of flip-flopping from your affidavit to your ex's when s/he's reading the evidence.
