This is a long shot , 11 years ago I had a accident at work,
i did a incident report and a doctor diagnosed me with a upper back injury. I was put on light duties and someone came to the work place and found the the equipment I was using was broken .
i was bullied by the company as they were scared id sue they made rumour that I was seen at a mall shopping holding bags etc when none of this was true.
i continued to work for this company for a further 5 years and never went for compensation due to the fear of management at the time
i quit from stress and pain
to this day I am getting pain regularly in the same place from the injury
its been many years is there anything I can do
