I attended the registry to view the transcripts in a part heard hearing where I am self represented. The registrar refused to give me access.

Jurisdiction is Local court in NSW.

Do I have a right to view the transcript and court file?

Thank you.

Without either paying a fee, or making an application for a fee waiver on the grounds of hardship?
It is unlikely.
Even with either of the above, there is little prospect of
just turning up without notice and getting produced one on demand.
Have a read of this.
