Hi,

Just wondering - if someone has an intervention order against them, are they able to travel from Adelaide via Sydney onto a cruise ship to south pacific islands?

Thanks

You'll be fine to travel - Intervention orders are a civil process and there is no bar on travel. That is, provided that you haven't been ordered to stay away from the particular cruise ship (ie, the protected person works on the cruise ship etc).
