My step mother has put interim intervention order on my father and he contested it at the first hearing, while he is waiting for the next trial he hasn't been able to get any of his clothes from the house he is suppose to stay 200 meters away because the victim refuse to give permission even tho she doesn't currently live there
What can he do to just get his clothes? We feel like he has no right as human at all
The police said they can't do abything if she refuses even tho it's on the order

Take the interim IVO to your closest community legal centre and see what they say about what your father is allowed to do.

who lives in the house? do you live there? You can get the clothes (MAYBE) depending on the answers to my questions.
