Hi,

I recently bought a car from a dealership, though there are problems with it. It's making noises, uneasy noises while driving. The handbrake doesn't seem to be as effective as it should be and the fuel economy is not what is advertised for this vehicle.

I'm still under the 3-month warranty and I was just wondering what are my rights under Australian Consumer Law as far as getting it fixed. Should I have to pay for anything? What should I do?
