QLD Running a Red Light - Proceed to Traffic Law Court?

As you can see from the image - I am turning left on a green light, but I am to attend court for running a red light.

Do I have a legitimate reason to attend court and argue the case under traffic law?

UPDATE went to court was dismissed in court due to not enough evidence- justice is done.

I am currently going to court for a similar offence.. Are you able to send me the official dismissal letter if you still have it so I can use this in my hearing?

unfortunately not, too long ago, attended court, and it was dismissed.

Hey, Is there any chance you would be able to write a formal letter for me stating that you went to court and it was dismissed? I understand that's a lot to ask for but I want to be prepared when I get to curt with all the help I have ? I can send you my email if possible.
