Hello, I’m on a survey-strata property with a shared driveway. Awful, selfish neighbours (park wherever they want - have 4 cars out front & another dead one out back) not going In depth into their antics over the last 13 years.
I’m trying to sell, again, & they have an unregistered car parked up on the driveway.
It’s ‘private’ property so council can’t do a thing, management statement only mentions no commercial vehicle parking.
On attached clipped pic of survey-strata plan there’s a vehicle access easement (I’m #3 & they’re #4), Ive marked where the unregistered bomb is parked in red.
1. Is this a violation?
2. If yes, how do I get it sorted
There’s room to put it back on slabs in their front yard (used to be there until I tried selling 2 years ago, they moved it out & dumped on the verge in front of my home). There’s no reasonable face to face with them, have confronted her when sweeping the street tree leaves in my carport & she screamed in my face. Hi
I think that you had better to call the council.
Thanks
