What is the likely hood of going to jail....

say person is on a suspended sentence ( ends october 2020 ) also on probation .
Has had two new charges of possession of weed and a needle with no cap-
Also two breaches of a dvo

would this reactivate suspended sentence

Damn well should .... It's the DVO breaches that may be the most serious, especially if there is an actual charge attached to them
