QLD Mistake on traffic infringement

I got a traffic infringement today and received it via email. The mistake is the colour of the car. The notice says white but the car is very much black. What should I do and is it possible that I may be able to get out of the infringement

If it was you, I don't think you will get out of it, as this is considered a clerical error and the infringement should stand, if you fight it and they have a picture, then they will amend it and if you go to court and it is shown it was a mistake, you would be paying for court fees too. This is my opinion, if I'm wrong someone will correct me.

GC is most properly right, I remember reading something about it some time ago, you better contact the department responsible and confirm.
