NSW Can Parent Orders be Changed Once Sealed?

My children orders were finalised recently and have been sealed by the family law court. Can they be unsealed to make the changes by solicitors?

Summarily, no, they can't be 'unsealed' so that solicitors can make changes. The only way a court will change parenting orders is if there has been a significant change in circumstances, though I believe you may also be able to have orders changed with the consent of the other party using consent orders or a parenting plan.

There has been no changes except the childrens solicitor wasnt there when final orders were agreed and now she wants her input into final orders already sealed
