NSW Contract Law - Contract Dispute with 5 Contractors?

15 contractors signed a new agreement with a blue chip company all at the same time but the company has proceeded to put 5 contractors of the 15 on the new agreement which is a 35% reduction in pay and keep pushing back the date of the others contractors until all the issues are sorted with the new contract. Can they ask the 5 contractors to do the same job for less money than the others under contract law?

do you mean, that the company put another contract in front of the 5 contractors and they signed it?

As a contractor you have the right to take or leave or negotiate a contract that is put before you. Whether or not they had grounds to terminate the prior contracts will be irrelevant if they all agreed to alter the terms on which they are working.
