WA Property Settlement and Separation - Husband Won't Leave Family Home?

October 2014: Husband agreed that he should move out of the family home.

March 2015: We signed the Statutory Declaration stating we have decided to separate from marriage (separation).

July 2015: Property settlement of family property. I have paid him for his half of the property, and now it is refinanced in my name only. Husband still will not leave.

What are my options?

Can you please clarify:

• What kind of agreement was the property settlement agreement? Eg, Did you both go to a lawyer or to the court to make it binding?
• What does the property agreement say about who lives in the home.
• Is the property title now also in your name only?

As yet, no lawyer, but I am about to file the Consent Order.
The property title is now solely in my name.
He agreed via signed Stat Dec to accept an amount as payment for his half ownership of the family home, after which the property would be mine.
