Hi.

The police have taken an IVO out against myself on behalf of my wife based on less than half truths.

The AFM has to have her Further & Better Particulars in this week.

I have a lot of new evidence to submit to the courts including proof of 2x perjury by the AFM and her lawyer which as a result my children were removed from my custody at the mention hearing.

Do I add this to the response to Further & Better Particulars? Also can I add more information about DV she had done and has done since the IVO was taken out or do I do a new affidavit for this?

I did have a lawyer but due to some terrible advice that nearly got me in big trouble I have parted ways with him so at this stage I am self represented going into the directions hearing.

You can but likely a waste of time. On;y relevant if you have an FVIO application against her.
