VIC Wife Lives Abroad - Divorce Process in Australia?

Hi,

I have been living in Australia for 4 years. I got married 2 years ago in abroad but it was officially registered in June 2016.

My wife lives in abroad and I live in Australia. Is it possible to go for a divorce process from Australia? I don't have any kids and we haven't spent much time together. Do I still have to go for property settlement and separation?

You should be able to file for divorce here.
Not necessary to do a property settlement.
