I simply cannot understand why the Australian court is requiring me to meet the burden of proof and demonstrate which payment was received in Phan Morales’s wallet on August 21, 2024. In my opinion, DTDC Australia should prove to the court and to me that $625,000 was transferred from the DTDC wallet to Phan Morales on August 21, 2024. In my opinion, the evidence presented by DTDC is a Photoshop forgery and contains neither the recipient’s wallet address nor the crucial TxID number. This is because every crypto transfer is recorded on the blockchain and can then be verified using the Tronscan report if the Tron network was used.
