Lots of clients do not understand what is the reason lawyers gather and save the data of emails and the phrase of email data extraction can be subject to doubt. Factually, this process is normally provided by lawful and legitimate use like conveying case updates, sharing legal recordings, verifying instructions, and appropriate record keeping.

The data mining of emails also aids lawyers to fulfill professional and ethical implications such as compliance, documentation and conflict checks. All these are controlled by rigid confidentiality and privacy policies, such that client email data cannot be used and/or distributed without permission and legal authorization.

Clear communication is key. Concerns generally relax when the clients are aware of how and why the data of their email is being processed. I would like to understand how people describe email data extraction to their clients and whether transparency in the very beginning can be used to gain trust.
