Hello.

I have a number of questions.

For a hobby, I own a website blog that I want to eventually register as a business. I'm trying to avoid it for now as I only make a trinkle of income from it, maybe a few dollars a day but nothing big. When is it legally required to register it as a business under Commercial Law?

My other question is, I want to hire writers online. I can't find anything on the gov website about which laws apply to hiring people online/overseas. Also, not sure if I need to register the website as a business before I can hire? I'm assuming I'd hire via a contract through email?

Thanks in advance

Read this. It's from ATO.

You do not need a website to start a business. Contract via email is fine.
