No it does not sound like it - sounds like they are wanted to get more money from her. If she lets them know she is happy with what she has said should they be able to lodge consent orders and have it finalised

Yes. But she should put her instructions in writing so there is no dispute later as to what she instructed her lawyer.
Thank you for your reply - it is very sad to see it happening at this stage of their life where they lose everything they worked for
