I would like to know what is the next step in the family court process after the initial court day?
My ex and I had an interim orders that we have agreed but now we on process of mediation and the next court day will be in 6 months time. What do I need to present to court on the day if we haven't reach an agreement ?
Do I need to make amendments to my affidavit and final orders? The current interim orders will need to be review and make amendments?
