What are the forms we need to fill for contesting a will in SA?

Are you contesting a will on the basis it is invalid? Or making a family provision application?

Either way you will need to file an originating application with the Supreme Court I believe. I would highly recommend you obtain legal advice either way, neither contesting nor family provision claims are straight forward.
