Hey, long story short, My Partner (now EX) and myself brought a used car from dealership, Loan is only under his name and registration is under his name but I 100% drive, Pay for servicing, Registration, Tyres and so on, I have Paid him over half back via lump sum bank transfers,
Anyway we broke up 6 months ago and I received a message from him stating he declared himself bankrupt and they will be taking my car as it was against one of his loans,
My question is do I have any rights at all?
