Any advise pls. Both children are asthmatic. They are on 50/50 court ordered access. The ex household has an adult member who refuses to be vaccinated against Covid. Do I have any legal right to refuse the children going on access until all members of the household are vaccinated ? I respect everyones right to chose to be vaccinated or not, but ont see why the children should be put in what I feel is a high risk situation. Thanks for any help

Do you have Parenting Orders?

No. The order is not affected by COVID per se, and especially not by one party's lay opinion about risk.
If you want to vary the order, then you'll need to make an application.
