Hi,

Got an infringement notice for a no U-turn on a freeway, but they got the wrong street and listed in a residential area where the U-turn is allowed. Can the traffic infringement notice be void as a result?

From my understanding, is no. it still stands, was there a camera taken? or by police. The clerical errors will not make the infringement void. You can mention it and they will issue a corrected infringement, you did not follow the road rules.
I may be wrong, but this is what I understand, someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Adam is correct, but I would call their bluff and elect for a court hearing. If you explain to the magistrate that what is on the ticket is perfectly legal, he may just dismiss it instead of throwing it back to the police.
