NSW Title search notification - Appurtenant to the land above described.

Hi All,

If my title search has notifications on it that says "appurtenant to the land described above" does that mean I have the benefit of it? thanks

Sorry i should be more specific.

Title search for Eg Lot 0 in DPO has a notation on it;

DP123 - Easement for underground mains 1 wide appurtenant to the land described above"
The S.88b says that Lots 2 to 7 have the benefit of it and Lot 1 is burdened by it.

Lots 1-7 in DP123 have since be subdivided into LOT 10 in DP 456 and then again into Lot 0 in DPO.

Does this mean that lot 0 in DPO is benefited and burdened by it as it used to be known as Lots 1-7 in DP123.

The title search of LOT 0 in DPO has no other notation on it about the underground mains.

Trying to get my head around easements.
