I recently received the email from my lawyer that she sent to my ex for the next undefended hearing. I wasn't aware that this is the protocol, as she never mentioned it to me or did this before. I told her that I am no longer interested in going on court and having no show from him or his lawyer/s and that this should be the last time I attended the court. She obviously, dragged the matter as long as she could've and this is just little what she did in the past. I am interested if this is "now" standard procedure to do, as she never did this in the past?
