Hi. I am sharing an apartment with one other person name on the lease. And there are 3 more tenants that living in the apartment. Their names are not on the lease. Now we have issues on rent behind. And they don't accept the receipts I received from the real state. I got two warnings from the agent to pay due rent. But I can't pay others share. I am in alot of stress. I don't know what to do. I asked the agent to give me his office address so I can take my housemate to agent's office and fix the problem but the agent is not giving me his address. He doesn't wanna see us in his office. At this point I am left without any options. And I don't wanna get bad credit title as well. Is there any advice you can help me with?
