Hi, I was wanting to know if anyone has had success in seeking a suppression order with council to stop providing information to a problem neighbour. We have an approved DA and this neighbour who we have had to engage with legal counsel before over a fence ( we won) regularly writes to council and seeks information about what he considers a breach of us not following the DA. The council provide him with all information, he requests, as they claim that our renovations are on the public register. This neighbour is an absolute nightmare and in addition to engaging lawyers we have also had to engage with the police due to his continued trespass. No, the police will not charge him despite significant concrete evidence of the trepass. Any ideas how we can get the suppression order?
