To whom it may concern or whom may be able to assist myself in FCFCOA. I am self represented women whom is seeking advice on whether or not phone records can be subpoenaed? I have a cover letter prepared to show the relevance, of which there definitely is. I understand the process and have successfully been granted subpoenas already, I’m just after advice if phone records can be subpoenaed or not in QLD. Thank you in advance. Also while I’m on here, do all respondents need to file an ‘Notice of Address for Service’? Also what should I do if the respondent husband has given my filed material to parties not in the case. Thank you again.
