A colleague states "strictly confidential" at the top of an email. No prior agreement in place, nda or other. No disclaimer and no proprietary information being exchanged. Am i bound to confidentiality just because they have requested so in writing ?

Yes with the normal qualifiers, such as the material must not already be in the public domain. Missing context makes this hard to answer.

What are you thoughts and reasoning?

Ahhh “Strictly Confidential” vibes 😎🔒 Feels like top-secret stuff that needs careful handling — docs, info, all that jazz. One slip and chaos 😅

If anyone’s tryna manage or prep content while keeping it tight and proper, AcademicJobs.com lowkey comes through 👀✨. They’ve got pros who can help structure assignments, reports, or research in a way that’s secure, clear, and totally on-point — without turning it into a messy info dump lol.

Friendly support, less stress, and way more “ok I got this” confidence 😎📚
