I have a enforcement hearing due in 11 days, I am looking to declaring bankrupt as I am concerned about this hearing. If I manage to be appointed trustee and start bankruptcy before court date which will be tight window. Will I still have to go to this enforcement hearing? I am concerned about attending hearing due to not having some of the documentation the creditor is requesting and I read I can get court fines of $4,500 for this and creditor has already said this is their intention to make me bankrupt.
