VIC Shoplifting Warning - Appear on National Police Check?

In 2013, I was caught shoplifting a small item (under $10) by Police. They took down my details and I received a warning letter in the mail. I am currently mid-job application and am wondering if this will show up on my national police check?

Can someone please clarify if a warning like this would be included?
