NSW Reviewing Property Management Contract?

Hi,

I will sign a management agent agreement later (i.e. agent manage the property/tenant for me). As I do not have much legal knowledge, should I ask a lawyer to review the contract for me before signing it?

Hi Esperer,
Without obviously having seen this agreement, it is slightly hard to answer definitively but yes unless the agreement is very clearly worded it is always best to spend a little money now to avoid potential greater costs and stress down the track.
