Hi, I received my vehicle reg renewal a day after it was due (in Oct 23) Paid the usual 6month amount (as I received it a day late) .. never got a renewal for April but paid it using reference number from previous on on due date any ways. Just received a letter today saying it was overdue, had expired back in March .. so rang them to say, no it expired yesterday and I paid it before it expired off old form. They said because it was one day late (4 .5hours to be precise) I had to pay the late fee. They said they're not responsible for aus post delivering it late.. and now I only have 4months rego after paying for 6months She said there's nothing I can do unless I download an app and pay it in on time in future and to take it up with aus post for it not being delivered on time. Any idea what I can do to fix this- feels like I've been ripped off by their error. Thank you
