I am on SI 189 visa . I got my permanent residency in february 2017. As i am in India but my husband is in Australia. I am the secondary applicant. We got married in December 2016. But the circumstances are changed . We have personal issues but dont want to live together. Bt i have not visited australia as i have to visit before 30 december 2017 to validiate my PR. Is there any chance that if we get separated and my husband have right to cancel my PR.
