I'm not sure if this is the right sub forum for this question but I'm wanting to know if a club house/property is considered a public space or a private space? You have to be a member of this club to attend but at the same time visitors are welcome. We are incorporated with our own constitution rules but we lease the building and grounds from local council.
Thank you.

And who wants to enter, who you don't want?

Hi, sorry I want to know for reasons of applying legislation and rules that only apply to public places, not about who is allowed to enter.

Perhaps if you ask the question you actually want the answer to,
we'll see what we can suggest.

Look at what rights the lease provides to your association. It may be the building is leased and you only have a license for use of the grounds.
