ACT Providing Information Related to Infidelity under Australian Law?

I know a man and a woman.

The woman I know has been cheating and who with. I made a fake Facebook account and the guy she has been cheating with admitted it. I also know he stays over when the woman's partner is away. So have taken photos of the vehicles outside the property to confirm this.

What is and is not legal under Australian Law to provide to the spouse to expose the cheating. I would do so anonymously.

If the photographs were taken while you were standing on public property then there is no worries about that. However I would be careful with the fake FB account. Not only is it contrary to FB's terms and conditions of use, but it can amount to fraud or identity theft depending on the circumstances.
